INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL ONLINE FORM/APPLICATION
- Applications along with supporting documents will be received in on-line mode only. No hard copies are to be submitted.
- The portal shall be active from 17.10.2025 (1700 hrs) to 17.11.2025 (1700 hrs).
- Kindly read the detailed advertisement carefully before applying for the post.
- Candidates should upload scanned copies of original certificates (educational certificates, cast/category certificates, experience certificates, resume etc.,) in pdf only, (max size 2 MB) and photo & signature (jpg/png max size 100 KB) in appropriate places without which the form will not get submitted. Also make sure that your filename should not have more than one dot.
- Please enter detailed list of subjects at graduation, Post-Graduation etc. and also mentioned in your resume.
- CGPA grading is to be converted in percentage.
- Candidates are requested to submit a one-page proposal on research activity that will be carried out with respect to the job responsibility for the post they apply for. (Only for the Scientific posts at Sr. No. 1 to 5 of table on page No. 1 of the advertisement).
- Unless the applicant clicks submit button at the end of the form, his/her application is not submitted. Once submitted, no changes can be made in the form.
- Applicant should receive an auto generated email from iitmjobs@tropmet.res.in with an acknowledgment number. This confirms that his/her application is submitted. Email also contains the filled in form (Photo, signature, resume & documents are not part of this email). Do not reply to this mail.
- If you do not receive an email, check the spam/junk folder.
- Please note that acceptance of your online application does not confirm your eligibility for the post.
- If called for written test/interview, applicant needs to produce a printed copy of this confirmation email.
